No smoking inside the home at any time. We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be mindful of the neighbors and adhere to the 9 PM quiet hours as per Scottsdale’s city ordinance. No parties, loud music or loud disruptive behavior allowed.
No rearranging furniture in the house as it can damage flooring and furniture.
Opt in to heat the pool for an additional $60 per night. Please inform us at least 48-72 hours prior to your arrival if you wish to have the pool heated as it may take at least a day for the pool to reach temperature.
